a) All payments are made through PayPal. You can either pay through your Paypal account or, if you do not have an account, you can pay with a credit card through Paypal.

b) We are currently not accepting any other form of payment.

a) If you would like to set up a time payment option, contact us at contact@tunderistudios.com and we can arrange a PayPal payment plan for you.

b) We will send out reminders one week before the last payment is due.

c) You can cancel time payments and get a full refund if you contact us before the deadline of the last payment.

d) If the item(s) is(are) not payed for by the agreed time and we have not received any communication by the buyer prior, all monies will be forfeit.

e) All items will be shipped after completion of payments.

a) All items will be shipped when the items have been casted/printed and are ready to ship.

b) In case production of the pre-order item(s) is cancelled for any reason, we will refund you the cost of the item(s).

a) We ship worldwide; currently items are being shipped from France

b) Items are dispatched 3-5 business days after payment is received or, if on pre-order, when items are ready to ship.

c) Any and all import taxes are buyer's responsibility and will be assessed when the item is handled by your local customs.

d) Buyer can optionally pay for insurance. We pack items as well as possible, but are not responsible for any damages once the box has been handed over to the carrier. Please contact us ahead of time if you wish to have us add this insurance.

a) None of items on this site are toys or should be considered toys. They are not intended for children.

b) Buyer assumes all responsibility for safety.

a) All products either cast from or printed with resin, as stated in the item description.

b) All customisable resin products will need a layer of primer before painting.

c) All 3D printed items are cured with UV light. Sunlight will make the models brittle and liable to break. They must be kept out of the light until a layer of primer or a layer UV protection spray is applied.

d) Buyer assumes all responsibility for the after-care of 3D printed models.

e) All items will be cleaned and sanded before shipping but there may be additional sanding, filling, and prepping needed.

a) All products are under the copyright of the individual creators of Tunderi Studios.

b) Items are intended to be customised by the buyer, either painted or altered. Any reproduction (scanned, cast, or other duplication) of items, either in original form or altered in any shape or form is forbidden and illegal. We will proceed with legal action in these cases.

a) Any purchase on this site constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

a) If you are a customer within the European Union, you have the right of cancellation up to 14 days after receiving your order. You must notify us by email if you wish to withdraw and return your purchase. Once you notify us, you then have 14 days to return the product to us. You must return the package to us insured and at your expense, and with the item(s) carefully packaged the way they were sent. It is best if you use the original packaging if it is undamaged and in good condition. We ask that you take pictures of the item(s) and the package before sealing it so you have a record of what they looked like before shipment in case the package is damaged in transit. Upon receipt of the package we will issue you your refund, including the original shipping fees. In the case of partial refunds (i.e. you are return some but not all items in the order) we will refund you for the items returned and an amount of the original shipping fees in proportion to the number of items returned.
